My friends would describe me as a caring optimist that is blessed with spontaneity. My zest for life takes me on many adventures, whether it's waking up at dawn to cycle through the morning mist, whisking up new recipes in the kitchen, or travelling solo (which allows me to momentarily disconnect from the chaos of the city life). I consider myself a true foodie, and I relish in both the elegance of fine dining and the simple pleasures of homemade pastries.
